Fairly certain MSP has their fax machine turned off

Why would they need their fax machine on? They're probably more tired than you and wanted to go home.

Giving them the benefit of doubt (although I'm not sure why we would!), it is possible they're just so da_ned busy that you can't get through. More ammunition for our lawsuit I guess.
