I remember years ago around here FZ was highly respected and known to be among the best. Today I saw something on a fb page that had tons of comments saying they were junk and gas keys sheering off were normal, especially for keys secured with yfs hardware. This got me concerned so I took a look at my recently purchased fz bcg. The gas key seems to have a dent in it, from a pic I took on day 1 I believe its always been there. However I do not remember if it looked chewed up around the edges. Its run flawless but only had maybe 4-600 rounds through it. All types of ammo and, same as I do with all ar’s. However none of my other ar’s look like this and they have much higher round counts. This one is a 11.5 bcm elw with spikes gas tube and block. Barrels dimpled, i leveled and checked everything 10x before I was satisfied. So I believe the tube is properly aligned. It cycles smooth as butter. Hopefully im worried over nothing, but looking for some feedback.
