Warm weather is coming and alot of us in the Cecil County area are new to MDS. So as a way for us to put a face with a name what is better than getting together to shoot. Seeing as how the Elk Neck range is open to all firearms xcept full auto it seems like the ideal place. I was thinking mid May but most any weekend would be ok.

I will keep checking back to see what dates firm up. What day is the range closed or is it open every day? I thought one day a week its closed.

I'll keep an eye out, we start heading to the beach every weekend probably in the next 2 weeks, but i'm sure we'll have some open.

I was there yesterday unexpectedly. My daughter called me while I was working and asked when i could take her shooting for her first time. That was all the encouragment I needed to get home. She put about 700 rounds down range with my Ruger MkII. She is hooked now and wants to go anytime that i decide to go to the range. Next time I'll let her shoot my 22lr rifles.
