It's all about the title you can get away with it if the description and title do not include certain keywords. Well you can get away with it most of the time

So of course I pushed my luck with eBay....now I am banned from selling for 30 days.

Fwiw.... I had a title of 223/556 pistol parts. In the description I didn't even use any 'ar specific terms. Oh well.

Sounds like you need to put the following in your listing:

"This is not an assault weapon part and cannot be used on an assault weapon"

"This part is only for bolt action rifles"

E bay is a very obnoxious Anti Gun vendor...

My business partner & I have a large retail Reloading Brass Business...

We do not sell our brass locally or at gun shows...

We focus instead on supplying the large base of National Reloaders...

Originally we (and many other sellers) sold our brass on E bay...

We do not sell bullets, primers or powder...

What we do sell is inert empty clean brass shell casings...

About 5 years ago E bay decided they didn't want anything "gun related " on the site period...

We were immediately forced to move all of our listings on Amazon...

Avoid E bay, they are very very ANTI GUN..!

Now my selling privileges are revoked for 3days....was trying to outsmart the coercive proselytizing bastards.

Thanks for the tips. Next round I'll post it as being for air soft.

I once listed something for an AK and they called me and told me they were pulling it and I can't list AK47 or AR15. I relisted it avoiding certain words and all was well.
Just avoid the anti-gunners hotbutton terms and oftentimes you'll be fine.
