Award for best in show went to a 1942 Ford Amphibious Jeep (GPA) owned by Dave Welch fron NJ. Dave is Past President of International Mil Vehicle Preservation Association and expert restorer. Vehicle was 99% perfect. I spent 30 minutes judging it and found only two defects: Vinyl instead of leather used for seat/life preserver coverings; and hatch caulking that came from Home Depot( original was waxed canvas and not effective).
