Was any one else at the auction across from Hafer's yesterday? I managed to score an AK for 175. The prices were crazy low. Where can I find some more auctions like this?

I know I wanted to spend a heck of a lot more money. But I took it easy. I left with an AK , a scope mount for an AK and 2 Tapco mags for the SKS. I'm pretty sure everything was new.

I think it was an estate auction. They must have owned a gun store at some point. The was a ton of guns, ammo and accessories.

Well welcome to the forum and it maybe best that I wasn't at that auction I may have ended up buying a lot of stuff and spend too much money.

Here is a place in Gettysburg that has gun auctions just watch there website.

Wow, thanks for that link. There's some great guns listed on there. If I wasn't in the process of selling my house I'd probably be up there buying stuff next month.

If you buy a firearm at a pa auction, What do you need to do in order to make it legal in Md? The website says "All items must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the auction unless special arrangements have been made"

Do you still need to have it pass to a local dealer?

I have never bought a firearm from an auction (local or out of state)

    thanks for any info.
