Matter of fact I had an email from our SSO just this morning marked FOUO.
It appears on every drop down classification menu on every network from SIPR on up.
See it all day, every day, including today.
It very much still exists.

I have attended the training twice a year, every year, for the last four years and we’re still using FOUO.

well since biden was congratulating the ukies for taking up arms, incl full auto, i'd think that anything up to and including full auto would be allowed here during such a crisis.
