Howdy all!
I’ve always had at least one 452 in my stable at any given time for the past 15 years. At one point I had a .22mag Lux with the full BRNO sight set-up but sold to a member here ‘round 2016. Great gun that!
Anyway. I have an extra Williams sight lying around that fits and my question is this -
Front sight..I know the pickings are slim on the BRNO modes anymore especially, as I understand, our main man Denny is no longer in the game. So fleabay would rule the day there I guess. But that takes me then to this..I see tech sights sells a pair. Any one with experience? Looks like I might be able to buy the set, ditch the rear, and utilize the front only.
Then the long time favorite, Skinner, offers an option with claims of not requiring a new front. Well that would side-line my lovey Williams, but I’d not have to hunt a front.
Anyone rock a Skinner on a 452? How does the barrel mounted rear interfere? Any issues with removing it?
Thank for the time to read and offer suggestions as you have them.
Ahh yes, what’s a thread without a pic..
