This could result in a stronger court ruling, we can amend our complaint and show that Constitutional Carry is becoming the norm, not shall issue :)

If these pass we can claim a trend. But it's still pretty much a minority of states. If they pass, it will be remarkable in the speed with which the movement takes hold, though. That has to be worth something.

I'll bet some governor's are going to be making tough choices. I would not be surprised to see some vetoes down the road, even from "pro-2A" politicians.

    I think it's:

Wyoming-Passed by both houses, awaiting reconciliation and governor's signature

    South Carolina-Introduced

    Idaho-Introduced

    Vermont-Law of the land

    Nevada-Introduced

    Arizona-Law of the land

    Alaska-Law of the land

    New Hampshire-Introduced

We could go up to 7 if all 4 get signed into law. I'm not sure how things in SC or NV will go.

I'm surprised Montana hasn't introduced anything.

NH has pending legislation as well IIRC. will double check on this

You are correct, NH has Const Carry bills this year as well as a bunch of other interesting pro 2a bills, some of which have teeth,
