    No, NH has a very low crime rate. As far as the cops go, it's probably not the rank and file, just the "top brass" that are usually just politicians in another job.

    NH is consistently something like the 48th lowest in violent crime in the nation.....to put that into perspective while Md experiences recent murder rates in the neighborhood of 9.6/100k population NH has on the order of 1-1.5/100k

    Its the same illogical arguments from the Anti's regardless of the State.

    This bill is actually a milder version of a bill submitted by Rep. J.R. Hoell that has real teeth.
