    Can you put one of these CHODE uppers on a Pistol Lower and not need a SBR Tax Stamp or would the CHODE still be treated as an SBR and still need the tax stamp?

    Any clarification would be appreciated.

    A CHODE upper on a lower with pistol tube or SIG Brace is fine. There is a complete one at the shop in that configuration I believe.
