Caspian XR Build I ("Ebony")

Ok, I've been focusing on other projects lately but the other day I made some more progress on both of the pistols in the set. On "Ebony" I installed the plunger tube and am getting ready for another trip to the range to correct an issue I had with brass getting dinged up on ejection (tuned the extractor and beveled the inside of the ejection port).

"Ivory" now has the barrel fitted, trigger group and safeties are fitted. Time for headspacing and the initial range test.

The only thing "Ebony" needs are the sights fitted (waiting on a file I have on order), and final polish/120 aluminum oxide blast/CeraCote.

"Ivory" is not far behind, but will be easier since I'm not CeraCoting the whole gun. May do some small parts to match. The more I look at these I'm thinking I'm just gonna chop the barrels to standard 5" length. What do you guys think?
