    lower

Just get an 80% lower, you can do it yourself and not worry about it, the time it takes to get your record expunged, would take longer then the time you have left to legally get an AR lower.

I ordered one from diyarmory on Wedsday and it arrived today! Super fast customer service!

Depends, do you plan on peeing on the lower?

Public peeing can make you a sexual offender if that is the case your out of luck. The sexual offender stigma is worse than being a murder.

The public pissers here sound like AK47 kinds of guys. Isn't that the approved barrel cleaning method? Two birds with one stone. "Officer, I was just cleaning my rifle." :innocent0 :)

Let's say that you were caught urinating in public and the charge was "Indecent Exposure"

A person convicted of indecent exposure is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.

    No Gun for you
