Could some of you old salts explain to me what a bullet button is? Does my bushmaster have one? Where is it? What does it do? Do I need to clean it?
Will it get infected if I don't keep it clean or pick at it?

Real nice.. That will surely slow down the criminals because they would never figure out how to disable that work of genius. How many more disadvantages will they come up with to make law abiding citizens become victims.

It was invented for my dad in California so he could own a CMP AR-15. It allowed people to get around the ban by having a magazine which requires a "tool" for removal. Getting around the CA assault weapons ban is the only reason they have them.

Just another stupid annoyance that slows down the good people and doesnt affect the criminals. Luckily for us this one is just in CA, not MD

During the sandy hook gun scare, I had a few friends only be able to find CA complaint ar's. for about 20$ the problem was gone and the rifle looks and functions just like it was made too.

    Really?

You were told California laws were going to start applying to Maryland residents not in california? And who fed you this giant load of horseshit?
