Their are a lot of MARY-LAND dealers who do not follow Mary-Land law too.
For Mag exchanges, how far does MD extend into the Atlantic at Ocean City? Sure it's pretty easy to drive to DE from OC, but I was curious about people doing exchanges on a boat (right before everything falls overboard)
