bang for the buck? Id say PSA. I personally have a bcm 14.5 mid length and love it. I got it in the lightweight contour but if I was to do it again id get their enhanced light weight 14.5 which is the same as mine but fluted.

Thanks all! This would be going on a Lower bought in 2012 so any contour is free game!
Whats the consensus on Rainier's offerings. I have an ultra match 8.5 for my 300 pistol and it's spot on, consistent hits at 300 yards using subs and a T1

When I do a pinned 14.5 I would considering a BCM ELW (1 lb 4 oz) or enhanced medium weight (1 lb 10 oz).

Probably would end up with their enhanced medium based on my intended usage.

I have a rainier barrel on a blackout. Damn sight better shooter than me.

Casey, if you want lightweight, why not go Faxon? Their LW 16" is 19 ounces. 14.5 is just over a pound.

    Got a Troy Bravo rifle.
Pinned 14.5 inch, 4150 steel, mid lenght gas, beautiful Troy rail.

Black Friday it was 599. Now its a bit more but still very affordable

Best bang for the buck? Last year I got a Bergara LW fluted nitrided 14.5" 5.56 barrel from Sportsman's Guide for $89. Only reason I have not shot it yet is getting the muzzle device pinned.
