Beretta BM-59

Is the Beretta BM-59 banned in Maryland the same as the Springfield? I searched the banned listing and only can find the Springfield BM-59 listed. Am I missing something or is the Beretta allowed. Could it be covered by the "look alike" clause?

Banned. They are the same gun.

Just have one built from an M1 receiver milled to take M14 mags. BM59s don't take M14 mags.
