HV walmart yesterday had wwb of .380, 45 acp, 40 s&w and lots of independence 5.56. Prices a little higher nowadays. About 0.38 per .380 rd, 0.43 for 45s and 40s.

I stopped by that Columbia store pictured above this afternoon and they still had some Federal 9mm left. I bought 3 boxes for $14.77ea and the guy behind me purchased 3 boxes leaving them with a few more. I also stopped by the Ellicott City store which is actually closer to me and as usual they had nothing. They don't even have a tag on the shelf for this ammo. I just don't get what's up with that store. How can two stores so close geographically have such different inventory supplies.

Because EC doesn't stock shit. Each store "stocks" their own set of product. I.e. you'll never see M22 @ Severn WM. Arburus/Columbia/Eldersburg "stocks" it and gets it.

With all due respect, why do yall purchase ammo from WM? Seems at these prices, best to simply order in bulk.

The sticker price plus tax works out to be significantly more than a case purchase.

For me it's a matter of convenience and having someone home to sign for it.
The last three times I had to go to the facility and pick it up anyway. Also, many don't have $250 to drop at one time for 1,000 rounds of whatever.
So, there ya go. I'm pretty sure that's why 99% buy off the shelves there and elsewhere.

Walmart in Columbia has a lot of Federal .45 230gr FMJ for sale. Plus some .223 that I think is still a little over priced. 420 for 199$. I'm waiting until its back under .30$ a round.
