Barrel chop

I have a 16" upper that I would like to have chopped down and threaded to 101/2"

Can anyone recommend someone capable of doing this for a good price?

Wow, thanks for that.

I had someone that was going to do it for 50.00 till he found out he needed a class 3 to do it.

If this guy takes it apart and puts it back together I guess it's a good deal.
