Blaster is right to a point. You can have a folding stock all day as long as you dont have a flash hider, bayo lug or granade launcher on it as well.

( edit I may be wrong on the bayo lug )

Law type folders that render the gun a single action firearm are gtg.

If you have an AR setup that doesn't require a buffer tube and will be capable of semi-auto fire with the stock in the folded position, that folder will be considered an evil feature.

no flash hider or UBGL and you are good to go, just remember that if it is 5.56 or 223 it's a bad guy barrel so you need a heavy barrel which in turn increases accuracy at the cost of holding heat long ;) ;)

I am looking at a sylvan arms folder. Per the manufacturer the ar can nor or should not be fired while the stock is folded. I was going to install it on my frame that houses a 16” 5.56 with birdcage flash hider and bayonet lug or on my 300 blackout

300BO would never be used for evil so it is ok to do all of these :sarcasm:

    Perfectly legal in Merryland.
