in this anti 2A state is there any law that prohibits a person from having a side folding stock on an ar15?
I had AR pistol in mind.Blaster is right to a point. You can have a folding stock all day as long as you dont have a flash hider, bayo lug or granade launcher on it as well.
Not anymore. Grenade launchers are, though....Pretty sure bayonet lugs are not evil features.
Yup!Not anymore. Grenade launchers are, though....
no flash hider or UBGL and you are good to go, just remember that if it is 5.56 or 223 it's a bad guy barrel so you need a heavy barrel which in turn increases accuracy at the cost of holding heat longin this anti 2A state is there any law that prohibits a person from having a side folding stock on an ar15?

While you're waiting, why not become a Md Designated Collector?just gotta wait till the 25th for my 30 days to be up.

1 step ahead of you, been waiting even longer for that one filled that out a little over 30 days ago. While you're waiting, why not become a Md Designated Collector?
Takes about a month to go through, then no more 30 wait between handgun purchases.
300BO would never be used for evil so it is ok to do all of theseI am looking at a sylvan arms folder. Per the manufacturer the ar can nor or should not be fired while the stock is folded. I was going to install it on my frame that houses a 16” 5.56 with birdcage flash hider and bayonet lug or on my 300 blackout
hey why not take the bestOR , a heavy Barrel that takes longer to build up heat in the first place .
Or go Heavy fluted for best of both .
Perfectly legal in Merryland.I am looking at a sylvan arms folder. Per the manufacturer the ar can nor or should not be fired while the stock is folded. I was going to install it on my frame that houses a 16” 5.56 with birdcage flash hider and bayonet lug or on my 300 blackout
