AR gunsmith in DC area?

Hey folks, I'm looking for an AR gunsmith in the DC area (preferably MoCo or NoVa) to un-pin a front sight from an upper, so that it can be replaced with a gas block flip-up front sight. Should be pretty simple, right?

Suggestions?

I second the AJ @ Engage Armament idea...
