No, I did. My HQL got approved for that and it still took my carry permit 42 days. You would think it would speed up the process but no.

My application number is 24HGP012XXX
I started it on 3/05/24 (when it was given a number)
I submitted the complete application on 3/10/24
I received the auto generated "Your Application Has Been Submitted For Review" email on 3/10/24
I received the application Approved notification 12:26PM 4/18/24
NICS number assigned 3/12/24
A week or two for the permit card?

I think 3-5 days is typical.
That permit number doesnt look right. All the recent ones have been in the 220K range.
Can you double check it please? Hit print in the portal and scroll to the last page.
