As pointed many times previously, the NICS date is not really important in the process. The ACCEPTED date is your start counting date and plan on 35 to 40 days later for approval.when did your NICS get issued ?

I didn't record that date before the approval and apparently I can't access those dates now.when did your NICS get issued ?
It would be good to post the instructors name or company. So they can be avoided. By now they should be able to fill it out correctly. Sucks that you had to be delayed because of their incompetence.HGP Timeline

I don't really want to do that to him. He was the only Maryland certified instructor I could find in Las Vegas. Course seemed thorough, and he even went over some things that my instructors didn't teach in my Nevada CCW course. I'm assuming he just doesn't do too many Maryland classes, so he may have gotten mixed up.It would be good to post the instructors name or company. So they can be avoided. I'm sure to be late to the party on this, but think very specifically of the questions you were asked. Since Bruen, qualitative/subjective questions (are you a person of "good" moral character, etc.) are out of bounds. Quantitative/objective questions (have you been arrested or convicted, are you under a restraining order, and other things where there is a papertrail) may be fair game.Update phone interview: 12/7/23

That’s better then the 90 days they tell you it can take, I don’t understand what takes them so long or are they just dragging there feet30 days, + or - 10 days.
90 days is the statutory limit- they MUST, by law, decide within 90 days. You haven't waited 30 days yet, based on your app accepted date. That’s better then the 90 days they tell you it can take, I don’t understand what takes them so long or are they just dragging there feet

Yeah I heard the interviews were a pain, now they don’t even call references or spousesBy Maryland standards , they're currently doing good with typical 4-6 weeks . Compared to the days of routinely taking most of the 90 days .
Before Bruen , the ( usually in person ) interviews slowed everything down .
Yes.my status changed today to “ready for investigation” what does that mean an investigator has been assigned?
