I wish Tom Hier lived too see this. His renewal was denied this spring.

Better stake out that mail box to make sure the carrier doesn't drop your letter in someone else's box by mistake, my mindless carrier does it all the time, lol, congrats!
I wish I could, I’ll have to wait until I get home around six from work. At least this year I’m working 20 minutes from the house and not five or six hours away.

Is the easement property if that's where your mailbox is? Technically as soon as you hit the sidewalk, right?
    Yard I sidewalk I easement I road I
No sidewalks to be seen from my vantage point at the end of the earth.

Technically, my mail box is in my yard.

    YMMV

State & county roads have well-defined 'right-of-ways' (ROW) that can be up to 50 feet from the road's centerline, sometimes more. Roads vary in their ROW width, so one would have to view a plat to know for sure. These right-of-ways extend out from the pavement to encompass sidewalks and power/commo lines/poles and can be further into your yard than what is obvious.

Buff7mm, is mail delivery even running today? I heard it was some kind of holiday. :evilwhip:
