Myself and a friend of mine went into TB on two separate occasions to ask about the 8th day release. We are both waiting on pistols. I'm at day 80, and I believe he is around 50ish....... Anyway, we wanted to see if we got conflicting stories. Both of us received a "Not without MSP ND" response. His explanation was because they don't want to be liable for a fraudulent purchase. My explanation was that it was illegal. I believe we spoke with two different people behind the counter.

Unfortunately, it's their business. They can choose to run it the way they wish, and I commend them for trying to combat illegal purchasers. That said, I still feel they need to get on the same page as far as their stories are concerned. Also, I have been told that a few unregulated firearms they had in stock were regulated and I would need to fill out the regulated forms, and that they know what is regulated and what isn't. Apparently, I had no idea what I was talking about.

Fair enough. I found what I was looking for elsewhere.
