Kind of a switch from last year,2 blues on the board (none past 2 years) and no qualifying whites this year (at least 4-5 last year).Of course today ain't over and I think 260-265 are fishing tomorrow.
They really kill as few as possible in all of these tournaments and encourage release. The crew needs to be able to estimate the weight as best as possible before deciding whether or not to keep it. Believe me, you don't want to show up at the weigh in with something that is not big enough. But that can be tough when there is possibly $1M on the line. I haven't done a shark tournament, but they are specific as to what you can catch/kill. 90% give or take are released and points are given based on the honor system.
