We had PSA complete MOE colt and glock lowers when I was in the shop last. Give them a call at 301-838-3151 and they should know.

Oh......... That is awesome. Call me ignorant but why? You can still make a pistol can't you?

Because MSP is making it up as they go. All receivers should be cash and carry, it isn't even the, "it can be made into a pistol," that MSP uses. They say a receiver "of an assault long gun" is a regulated firearm. Which makes no sense for enforcement purposes or how the law is written. I wish more dealers would push back against MSP on this, most just seem happy they "get" to sell lowers again. We send what I affectionately call my "angry letter" with each MSP application for something that doesn't require it.

So are Glock compatible lowers cash and carry? Are they considered dedicated 9mm even though they can be built into .40 and .357 Sig?
