I have the same question currently.
Stupid question, I know, but 7 day wait on lowers right? We had PSA complete MOE colt and glock lowers when I was in the shop last. Give them a call at 301-838-3151 and they should know.

Oh......... That is awesome. Call me ignorant but why? You can still make a pistol can't you?dedicated 9mm lowers are C&C

So are Glock compatible lowers cash and carry? Are they considered dedicated 9mm even though they can be built into .40 and .357 Sig?Because MSP is making it up as they go. All receivers should be cash and carry, it isn't even the, "it can be made into a pistol," that MSP uses. They say a receiver "of an assault long gun" is a regulated firearm. Which makes no sense for enforcement purposes or how the law is written. I wish more dealers would push back against MSP on this, most just seem happy they "get" to sell lowers again. We send what I affectionately call my "angry letter" with each MSP application for something that doesn't require it.
Also Call A1Uniform on Monday I know they were expecting more YHM 9mm lowers. I got one from them a few weeks ago.......then a stock from them.......then a complete upper from them hahahaha you see a pattern

So it is cash and carry... The stupid hurtsYes. It's not about being "dedicated 9mm," it's about whether it's Completely parts interchangeable with a Colt AR15.
