I got my barrel from black hole armory. They have 5 different profiles to choose from and they off fluting for fairly cheap. Also. SS is the way to go for accuracy.

I put 2 lowers together not long ago with the same parts you have mentioned, stock on one of them is an ACS-L.

I decided to put on complete uppers instead of building them. Originally was going to get a Yankee Hill on mine, till I saw Engage's E4 basic upper. Nice upper for the price. Put a Delton on the wife's, got it from JSE surplus, had a MOE for end added to it. Price was decent.

I went with HBAR uppers on both.
