I have posted this before and the design assumes all parts are from Home Depot.

We use 3 spikes to keep the stands from blowing over in the wind.

The dimensions are based on the 14" frame stands described on the AGC website (or available from the AGC - frame sales benefit the juniors).

    no and yes :-)

Thanks Engine4 I know what the sizes of what the targets are, and thats not what I was looking for

mcbruzdzinski - much more in line, I was thinking of having to make some stand feet out of pvc, so this is probably what I have to do.

Okie doke, I made a base out of PVC pipe to hold up my target frame, basically the same as what Mike posted.

You may need something heavy, like a log, to keep the stand base from blowing over in gusty winds. Something like that happened to a couple trying to shoot their pistols during the latest TCA MG shoot. We found an old log and gave it to them.

I made a base out of 2x4's to support my target frame. It's a little bit clunky to carry back and forth, but it won't blow over.

Made a pvc stand, and agree may need weight, got a bag of sand to put in the pipe if necessary. But will need to seal the items together when I am ready, in order to do that.

I've been using the TS-2 for years and love them....
Go in with a couple friends and split the shipping on a handful.

I use a PVC stand like the one pictured above, just a bit modified. The base on mine goes all the way around instead of only halfway. I don't spike it down, the full base keeps it from blowing over. Ihaven't had any issues with it blowing over and I have been out there on days when I have seen other people's targets laying on the ground while mine was still standing.
