9mm can on 5.56 AR?

I have a 9mm can and a 16" upper that I want to chop. How well would the 9mm can work on the 5.56 SBR?

I know, I should have just bought a 5.56 can I can't bear going through it again for a while.

You might get 2 shots, chances are it would KB on the first shot.

An aluminum can won't hold up to a centerfire rifle.

Dammit!

I have found the pistol suppressor about useless unless it came down to using it in a home defense type (CQB) scenario.
