Bought some 45LC ammo and its stamped *--*. Is this starline brass? Is it good stuff to reload with?

Jul 1, 2011 #7 Biggfoot44 Ultimate Member Aug 2, 2009 33,476 Opps, if you are loading black powder , or extremely low pressure CAS type rounds , the thinner, and softer R-P brass (specifically in .45LC) will expand and seal better. Otherwise Starline is the standard for .45LC brass.
