.45 carbine options

So I'm on the hunt for a MD legal .45 ACP carbine, preferably one that takes Glock mags. What are my options?

The Just Right carbine can take glock mags, I think. But its more than $400

I like the concept, but they look too Kel-Tec for that kind of scratch.

550-600 maybe.

The receiver is a little boxy in its uglines but it a fun little gun. Not gonna be my choice to go to war with. No kick combines with a readily available round, you can shoot it all day. Plus whats nice is its subsonic. Toss a can on and you have a fun camp rifle that wont disturb the surrounding area. Not my favourite piece, but i enjoy it

Once you get past the looks - it is actually a fun little gun. Every time I shoot it, it makes me smile. When I think what i paid for it, it makes me grin.

Had a 995 (9mm, plain-Jane), best carbine for under $300 I ever had. Nearly 4k rounds spent, only 4 malfunctions - all ammo related.

It ain't the most pretty or tacticool thing out there, but those damn things just work. Surprisingly accurate too.

Could try to find a Marlin Camp .45, but that could get interesting.

I found a brand new Marlin Camp 45 at a pawn shop in the City about 15 years back.

Bought it for 300 bucks and sold it a few years ago to a guy who was willing to pay a lot more than 300 for it.

I regret selling it to this day. Carbines in 45 acp are just plain fun to shoot, but not worth the price anymore.

Not too bad if you roll your own .45, then the balance tips back into your favor.
