They have them rifle-mounted, or set up as separate guns.
They also have shells, and fireworks.
These were always available.
The folks in my link had the 12" rifle mounted ones cheaper than Spikes Tactical though.
BEWARE
The Spikes 12 inch launcher can not accomodate the longer ammunition.
However, the Spikes 9 inch model launcher can.
What will fit in the 9's but not the 12's?
Does anyone have a link to a summary of what you can and cannot do with flare launchers? They look fun but I assume there are a lot of caveats.
So, I see possibilities for the 4th of July. How do I convince the better half to let me put a launcher on the front of a rifle...
"While you're in the kitchen cooking me a delicious yet wholesome meal, I will be installing this 37mm launcher on my AR."
Done.
I don't know why I thought these were illegal in md now?
Nope
They are an evil feature of the copycat test.
If you have a semiautomatic with no flash hider or folding stock, the a launcher is fine.
You can attach the launcher to any other action or its own system and it will be legal.
If you put it on a Bushy or something that's banned anyway, then it shouldn't matter. Right?
Deciding otherwise wouldn't make the rifle any less banned.
What is the benefit of registering these as a destructive device?
