300BLK AR - regulated or not

Is a 300BLK AR pattern rifle regulated or not? Would you transfer one non regulated?

Uses the same operating system as a standard AR15. Now if it has a heavy barrel profile, that could do the trick.

Why not just buy an upper and be out the easy way?

I have the opportunity to buy an upper or a complete rifle. If I can get the complete rifle non regulated, then its a no brainer.

As Brad said, it is an AR15 lower and I haven't heard of a heavy barreled .300, I would not expect that you could find one that is not regulated.

My DD M4V5 300 Blk was not regulated. I think it is considered an HBAR. But not sure. But it was C & C.
