Yeah, thats my problem as well right now. Shot off almost all of my older stock of .223 thinking I would buy a case come taxes. ...Problem is, that was right before sandyhook. Really fun day at the range, but talk about bad timing.

I do not have an answer to this question. If it were up to me I would say no, but I'll have to call the range and find out.
