Jumping in front of MSI to take the credit when the court strikes it down. Wish we heard more from NRA during the session.

I feel like this ruling on NJ’s very similar CC laws is almost an exact analog to the MD scenario. Fingers crossed the MD case moves as swiftly and decisively.

MSI can file their own suit. While the NRA has many faults, I don't fault them for not doing much at the General Assembly. That would have been a waste of resources.

So where is GOA? Where is 2A Foundation? Where are the others? Anyone that organizes to fight this type of crap is good.

On one hand, I can understand conserving resources for the fights you can win.

On the other hand, NRA gives a lot of crap away to promote the brand and keep the Free Sh!t Army Reserve happy.

On the third hand, the organisation has long ago moved its primary mission from teaching and 2A defense to promoting NRA and sucking bucks. Perhaps they realised that winnig th 2A fight would hit them in the wallet?

Like everyone says, Deep 6 WLP and I'll contribute again.

I said what I said about messing it up for a reason.

I kind of hope the suit gets released real fast so Mark can cover everything that nra misses or messed up.

I value and trust MSI exponentially more then the NRA, can MSI still file suit now that NRA jumped in to take credit?
Yep. I’m a lifetime NRA member, but I have much, much more faith in MSI. MSI has fought, tirelessly for us for years while the NRA has sat with a thumb up their @$$.
