Supposedly has the same bullet construction as the Yugo M67 cartridge, which has better wounding potential than your average Soviet M43 cartridge. What makes the Tiger ammo better than Tula?
It has a bi-metal jacket for those that shoot at restricted places.
what does that mean for those of us that might one day shoot at restrictive places?
is it range friendly?
Yes, it can be used at most indoor ranges.

The other "better" cartridge you can get is the 124gr HP Tulammo (manufactured by Ulyvanosk), which is supposed to have the improved 8M3 bullet.
It's not "124gr HP Tula". It's 124gr HP from Ulyvanosk. The 122gr Tulammo cartridges don't have it... because they're from Tula. Remember that "TulAmmo" is "Tula Ulyvanosk Ammo". They source from two different factories. Wolf is all Barnaul now, IIRC.2. I think the 124gr HP Tula does have the 8M3 bullet. I used a pin and did feel cuts on the inside of the bullet jacket. Not so on the 122gr HP Tulas.
The bullet will fail the magnet test which means it will be a no go at Freestate for example.
Nope.can you shoot tulammo at freestate?
