      Maryland Shotgun Laws after October 1st?

      I was wondering if there was going to be any changes if you want to buy a Shotgun in Maryland after October 1st? Will you have to take a class and get fingerprinted or is that only for the HQL? As far as I know this nothing much is changing but I just wanted to ask.
