    Sorry, I can't figure out if these two HK models are legal to purchase in MD now or not? Your clarification would be appreciated!

    I could be wrong, But I'm pretty sure that aftermarket pistol versions are good in MD.

    The ak is banned . But yet the pistol version is sold in MD . Someone on here mentioned that the zenith. 223 version was approved for the roster already and waiting to be added to the list. The closest thing in a rifle is the ptr 32 which is MD approved.
