Just got my fingerprints done at MD Livescan and now I'm trying to apply for the HQL on their crappy website. Anyone have issues with not being able to log on? Any idea how to make this work?

First you have to use IE it is the only way that you can use it to access the log in information.
Already doing that. I type in my log in and password and it says "we can not log you on at this time" or something like that.

I registered and have never been able to get back on the site. It truly does suck!
According to the MSP web site, the 72 hours requirement does not apply to the HQL.
I used Firefox to do mine with no issues BTW.

fingerprints are now good for 30 days. as for the issues, i tell all my students to call MDSP, be polite and ask them to walk you through the process. they have been reportedly very nice and polite to those who called, so please return in kind. also, if you are civil, it shows we gun toting fanatics are nice people too. best wishes.
Why would any .gov website be an awesome place to visit? I'm likely to be visiting it so too BTW. I don't think MSI's soon to be filed suite against the HQL will be settled anytime soon.
I knew it would be bad, I just didn't think it be impossible to actually log onto it. I'll give it another try in a few hours when i get off work.
So I managed to apply last week (July 1st). On the list of crap they check only my payment and health/mental hygiene is checked so far. Everything else is unchecked. Most of what I've seen on here is that almost all of that is completed within a day or two. Does it usually take this long lately?

Currently taking from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks from the day you submitted for everything to be completed.
Depends on how unique your name is. IF you are John Smith it will take almost 30 days.

I didnt see any movement on the checks during the first two weeks except for the 2 checks you've noted. My HQL was issued 3 weeks from the application date. I received it a couple days later.
