btw - why are people buying $200 gift card for $234

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/200-Walmart-Gift-Card-super-FAST-shipping-/111663029528?hash=item19ffa29d18

    Scam.
One time I sold a Redskin Parking Pass on ebay, two weeks prior to the event. Person denied that they received the parking pass, even though tracking shows it was delivered (not signed for). Ebay/Paypal ruled against me and took the proceeds from my account and returned them back to the purchaser. I no longer sell items on ebay. I could see the same thing happening with this gift card.

I have read about a scam concern with online gift card sales, though since I do not purchase gift cards online, I have not experienced it myself.

The seller can take down the gift card's number, let the buyer receive the card and confirm the balance, but the seller can then use the recorded number themselves for an online purchase. In the interest of safety, if I did purchase a gift card online, I would plan on using it ASAP.

Posted this on the other thread but thought I should add it here

    https://giftcardzen.com/buy/102/Bass%20Pro%20Shops

If that is gone, this site has thousands of $ worth of Bass Pro cards for 16% off and Cabelas for 9% off.

I've bought a couple of thousand bucks of Lowe's Gift cards from them for projects around the house. You can also combine them sometimes with other sites like Ebates/ShopAtHome/UPromise and do the pickup in store options to get even more of a discount
