Did you ever get a special PM... I did. I should post it up as something I am thankful for!

I actually do have a type 56 from SOG and he would not be pleased with it. Has a little trench art and a slightly dinged front sight hood. I love the thing but I feel this guy would send it back.

Hell, I'd send it back too. With as many SKS's as there are to choose from I wouldn't want one that's been tore to shit.

Unless you get a Yugo, its likely going to have some dents and scratches on the stock

I am not looking for or expecting anything perfect and don't particularly like the Yugos. I have a very cool, but very beat, Chinese ghost. I'm just looking at what the various vendors are offering to see if I want another Chinese or to save a little for a nice Russian. I do love SOG and have found them to be very helpful when asked about products.
