Last night VCDL put out an email blast and after their members voted, the tally went from 29 to over 6000 in 24 hours. Hopefully an MSI email blast will help.

What, you cannot vote multiple times like other surveys???
Won't me vote on my phone after using my laptop on the same network. Turn off wi-fi on devices if voting from home or work network.
no, their software seems to record your public IP address, so if you try to use more than one device on your home network or a work network that NAT's internal IP addresses it won't let you. You could vote from your phone using your data connection I assume.

I predict several "outages" on my home network in the near term.....
In many cases, re powering your router doesn't help, as the IP is sometimes "leased" for a preset period of time and even when it renews, it may not change.

I have a weak UPS, and a dynamic IP address....
Completely unpredictable....................
I have Verizon FIOS and even reboots don't change my IP.
