I got my tax stamp on Saturday. Built it on Sunday. Broke the barrel in on Wednesday and sighted it in on Friday. I am very happy with my 1st venture into 300 AAC Blackout.
PSA 10.5" upper and PSA lower
Magpul grip(hate it but I added padding on the upper right side, it put my trigger finger in perfect position)
    Magpul enhanced trigger guard
    Magpul B.A.D. lever
    Magpul STR stock
Spikes ST-T2 tungsten powder buffer weight
BMC gunfighter large grip charge handle
    AAC 51T Flashhider
    AAC 762 SD Suppressor
    Trijicon reflex sight

I was using the 124 gr Remington to sight in. I also used that to break in the barrel. Got the height while hitting right. Made corrections and a bit far left. Brought it back half way and was out of the 124 gr. so I load 3 rounds of Barnes Votex 110 gr TAC TX. As you can see, it loved it! Next time out I will do a target using the suppressed ammo. I have a box of Remington but the Corbon shipped on Friday so I want to wait and do a side by side.

Got my Stamps on Friday, for 8.2" and 10.2" Noveske 300AAC. Need to get them engraved and I am good to go. Where did you have yours engraved?

I had Ident Marking Services do mine. Turn around time was about 2 weeks.

Ah yes, the distance was 25 yards. I should be on at 100 and 250/300. However that is not the intended distance for this gun. < 100 yards is where I want to be proficient with this one. I might try to add a magnifier but that probably won't work too well with the reflex.

As for the engraving, I have an engraving tool. Full name, city and state per ATF/ NFA. It doesn't have to be pretty especially since it will always be mine.

I submitted last July or August. I was due to receive back this July and it showed up a little early. Very happy about that!
