    $50 not bad price, made in Isreal so probably good quality. I like a rail light/laser combo for HD gun, but 1911 not my first or even second choice. For CCW I like my gun slick (no rail, lights, nothing).

    I think it might be a good option for some 1911 fans, I wonder how slippery the grip is. I wouldn't mind shooting one for myself to see how it feels.

    Nah... I like the looks of my 1911 better. And I never did like flash lights (or "full time switched on lasers" on handguns. They telegraph your position to the bad guy in the dark... If the bad guy shoots at the light (or the laser source) ... YOUR FACE is right behind that light. But hey, that is just the way I was trained back before rail mounted lights became tactic-cool. YMMV...
