MSI and the powers that be contact him through whatever means they feel is best...and ask that he take a page from Ronald Reagan..
in 1984 President Reagan ordered all 50 states to raise their legal drinking age back to 21 or lose 10% of their federal highway dollars. Every state in the country eventually complied...
Mr Trump only need to tell the states that refuse to pass a SHALL ISSUE law that they will lose a % of their federal highway dollars (or any other funds) if they refuse to pass a SHALL ISSUE...
I was asked the other day for ideas since apparently I am one of the more militant members here and everything else I have proposed has been shot down...This seems pretty tame...What's the worst that can happen? He says no?
