      Why is it that some dealers refuse to accept a C&R.       I was always under the assumption and was told that MD does not honor C&R on pistols but I have seen guys using C&R's to buy pistols from vendors out of state.Alot of it here too.Whats the deal?Can I do it or not?If I can my debit card is coming out tommorow.
