      Adjudicated a juvenile I turn 30 on Sunday April 30th I have both my HQL and wear AND carry application filled and ready to send . Should I just wait until my birthday on Sunday 4-30 to send the application . Or do you guys think I'll be okay since I'll be 30 and some change by the time MSP...
