I'm looking for a suppressor mount for a Ti Phantom .308 can to mount it to my AR but I want the new style smooth mount. YHM is selling them but won't let me specify because they are still trying to unload the uglier versions they have in stock.
Or if anyone has any other less ugly options...
Mike at Midcounty got a couple of these in if anyone is looking he might have a some available. Can't wait to get my stamp back, the weight on this one is pretty nice, other than that it looks like the same design as the regular Phantom suppressors.
I plan on using it on my 5R and...
A few SC legislators proposed a bill that would allow them to carry concealed anywhere unlike us mere citizens who are restricted from carrying even in a restaurant that serves alcohol even if we aren't drinking. Here's the update I got from Grass Roots which is an MSI like organization in SC..

This guy is from a car forum I get on fairly often but he's getting into the hydrographics business as well. Last I talked to him he is waiting on his FFL to be able to take possesion of firearms but for now he's doing furniture and has some really friggin cool stuff going on. He also does...
I got this from another forum I frequent and thought it would be a good story to share....
It's always been my mindset to stay defensive and in the shadows unless things start going wrong if caught in a robery. And I remember the day that I decided on it, I was in VA for a handgun class...
All I can say is WOW!!!! Figured you precision shooters would find this interesting, and it was done with some wind...... Check out the article.

I ran across this in another forum I read. It suposedly came from Glocktalk originally but it's a recount of a defenesive shooting were the victim took two lives and the aftermath he had to deal with. Seriuos stuff. Some of you have probably seen it but it gives excelent insight into what you...

Planning on going on a backpacking/hunting trip in a few weeks and want to pick something up to hunt Squirrels and maybe a wabbit or two if I see one sitting still.... It'll be cooked over a campfire on the trail... I don't have any lightweight semi auto rifle in .22lr except for a youth model...
I had inquired about multicaliber cans that could be easily switched between guns in the past but the only option I readily found was the YHM SS phantom I think it was. I would like to have a can that could be used mainly on 5.56 and .308 win but I'd want it to be either aluminum or titanium...
Going to a shoot in Dec that will require some decent match ammo or anything that shoot's well for my AR. It's a Noveske upper, 16" barrel 1/7 twist so it will like the heavier stuff just fine. Just wondering what would be some decent stuff to try out based on others experience... I know...
